Isu Kawalan Keselamatan

Cadangan hasil daripada mesyuarat yang lalu:-
  1. pembayaran kawalan keselamatan selepas 31 Oct 09
  2. cadangan sticker utk penduduk taman
  3. palang keselamatan utk kawal kenderaan keluar masuk
  4. kawasan berpagar yang ada sekarang ditukar kepada zink
  5. pondok kawalan keselamatan yang selesa
kepada sesiapa yang ada komen atau cadangan, sila kemukakan.

    lg satu tak berapa puas hati dgn melati mewah handle defect lah.. repair - crack balik tak sampai seminggu..

    Bila last dorang handle defect? service lepas jualan yang tak memuaskan lah ni.. seolah2 menghitung hari2 terakhir untuk bagi service, then pengguna repair sendiri lah jawabnya.

    Kalau baiki pada luaran, akar umbi nya goyang.
    mmg buat keje sia2 lah. hihi.. tak gitu ?

    pasal stcker tu, saya sokong sticker2 instead of sticker1 sebab tulisan taman kristal 2 terang dan jelas.

    kalau dia punya kaler tu saya tak kisah pon pink ke hijau ke. not an issues.

    tapi itu hanya pendapat saya. up to pengerusi & komuniti.

    Salam, saya ada beberapa perkara yg hendak dicadangkan, diantaranya;


    1.Saya sudah survey dgn beberapa kawan saya tentang gaji Security Guard, utk Bayaran Local Security Guard, Cuma RM800- RM1000.
    Insyaallah,….. Kawan-2 saya akan cuba mendptkan nombor sykt sekuriti tersebut.

    2.Setiap rumah yang mempunyai lampu dibelakang rumah mereka, pada waktu malam, >10pm, boleh lah sentiasa dipasang supaya belakang rumah kita dan sekitarnya berada dlm keadaan yg terang bagi memudahkan kita melihat @ memantau sekiranya ada pencuri yg cuba masuk dari belakang rumah kita. Utk menjimatkan letrik, boleh gunakan Energy Saving Bulb…

    3.Saya setuju dgn penggunaan sticker bg penduduk TK2,Guard House, Pagar zink dan kayu berpalang. Selain drp itu bg memudahkan Security Guard utk memantau sesiapa yg ingin keluar/masuk TK2, kita mesti memaklumkan pada security guard yg bertugas pada hari itu, no. kereta @ lori yg berurusan dgn kita. Termasuklah saudara-mara kita,kontraktor @ delivery perabot.

    Berkenaan dgn sticker, saya ada cadangan kalu nak free apa kata kita cari logo sticker utk tmn kristal 2 (dlm internet banyak kut yg cth2), modify & save dlm file jpg. Lepas tu assign seseorang print color cantik2. Kita cuma cari pelekat plastik kosong aje. Yg lain2 cuma perlu beri no kereta aje.

    sticker ni design untuk berapa lama kegunaan?
    dicadangkan untuk tahunan dan list bilangan kerete dibuat untuk semakan bilangan cetakan sticker dan rujukan pengawal yang akan bertugas.

    waa taman kristal ada blog...TAHNIAH...dengan adanya blog ini harap dapat mengeratkan silatulrahim antara penduduk tmn kristal...

    semua cadangan diatas adalah bagus bagi menjaga keselamatan dan kesejahteraan tmn kristal..terutama sekali berkaitan dengan kawalan kesalamatn yang akan berakhir bulan oct ni..

    so bagi saya benda yang penting dan perlu dipercepatkan adalah isu kawalan kesalamatan...

    Terima Kasih pada sahabat2/rakan2 yang telah membangunkan BLOG TK2 untuk kebaikan bersama penduduk2 TK2. Banyak maklumbalas yang telah diterima antaranya; .

    1. STICKER - Dicadangkan kita buat undian pemilihan sticker yang sesuai pada mesyuarat yang akan datang.

    2. PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN - Kepada rakan2 yang ada info mengenal Sharikat Kawalan Keselamatan harap dapat butiran dan kosnya sekali untuk di bincang dalam mesyuarat yang akan datang..

    3. PAGAR - Minta MELATI MEWAH untuk membaiki pagar atau menaik taraf pagar yang sedia ada dan juga membina Pintu Pagar/Gate.. Sekiranya pemaju enggan, terpaksalah kita dapatkan kos untuk membaiki/menaik taraf pagar yang sedia ada.

    4. DEFECT - Apa tindakan kita mengenai defect yang dialami? Ada sesiapa pernah majukan masalah ini terus kepada MELATI MEWAH selain daripada Wak Ahmad.sahaja.

    Mungin ada yang salah faham tentang Logo dan Sticeker..perlu difahami logo dan sticker tu adalah berbeza..

    Logo - lebih kepada pengenalan kepada Persatuan penduduk atau identiti bagi sesebuah persatuan. Contohnya logo kementrain/jabatan atau pun syarikat

    Sticker- lebih kepada kawalan keselamatan. Kenderaan yang mempunyai sticker itu sahaja yang boleh masuk dikawasan kejiranan. Cth sticker Kementrian/Jabatan/syarikat

    Kalu nak kawalan keselamatan, RELA pun dah bole kita engaged. Byk taman2 kat bandar baru bangi dah menggunakan khidmat RELA. Tentang bayaran x pasti lak. Tp bole semak

    No.Tel Pengurus: 012-3071344 (Mr.Selvam)

    Terma & Syarat:-

    1.Minimum, 12 jam sehari
    2.RM 4.50/per jam/per guard
    3.Bayaran termasuk 5% govt. service tax.
    4.Bayaran, setelah 30hari inbois keluar.
    5.Pembayaran dikira berdasarkan Pro-rata 30.5 hari sebulan kerana ada bulan yang tak cukup 30hari dan ada bulan yang kurang 30hari.
    6.2 hari notis - Sekiranya semua setuju, Jawatan Kuasa Penduduk TK2 @ orang yang berkenaan, kene maklumkan kepada Metro Security 2hari terlebih dahulu sebelum mereka menghantar pengawal2 mereka.

    Security And Safety Of Your Home


    Introduction
    With the country's crime rate increasing at an alarming rate, it is no doubt that the people are living in fear, be it walking along the streets of Kuala Lumpur, taking a stroll at the park, driving a long the highway or even staying at home. While the authorities and police forces are fighting crimes on a daily basis, the least that we, as a citizen of this beloved country, could do is to protect our loved ones and home. Every thing starts right from home and there are many ways and methods to protect them.

    Gated Community
    These days, housing developers would include gated community and guard house as part of the facilities and services in the up coming housing project. Gated community and a guard house would act as the first line of defense when an outsider enters the community and also the last line of defense to stop one to exit the scene. It would be even better if the guard house takes the identity card or important details down if anything had happened; there are clues and evidences traceable. A gated community also helps forging a stronger tie among the neighbour hood as everyone is staying within the area and compound.

    Home Alarm System
    Home alarm system is a feature that most home should, or rather must install as it is the most effective and efficient way to protect your valuables and family members inside your home. The alarm system covers every possible entrance to your home and alarm will be triggered if the connection is broken when an intruder tries to enter your home forcefully. The alarm will not only notify the security alarm provider but also the police, so that the enforcers will be at the crime scene as soon as possible. It tends to frighten away the intruder and at the same time, notifying the house owner about the dangerous situation and seek safety.

    Neighbourhood Patrol
    The neighbourhood patrol or better known as Rukun Tetangga is a project launched by the government many years ago to ensure the safety of a housing area by the residents themselves. Every night, representatives from each house would gather together and patrol the area for few hours before calling it a day. Not only the project ensures the safety of their very own neighbourhood, it provides an opportunity for the residents to get together, know each other and protect their home. Of course, police patrol cars are around to assist them in every possible way too. With a group of patrolling the area every now and then, thieves and robbers would definitely think twice before doing anything.

    Conclusion
    With more and more house owners wanting a safer home and the crime rate increasing at an alarming rate, housing developers are taking security and safety issues very seriously. Together with high tech security system, there are just that many these gadgets and other people can do. It is still up to the house owner to protect his or her home and the one living under the same roof. One should take every possible pre cautions and safety measures to protect their loves, of course, with better equipments and gadgets, things will only be easier and less tedious. However, a single mistake or carelessness can still be dangerous and maybe fatal.

    Hai Good Day to Everyone,

    Our family could like to suggest for 24hr security guard service,the reason is TK2 is surrounded with jungle which covered by Pagar Dawai and also quite in further in compare with other residential area.

    I think security service needed especially with the coming holidays around the corner, its protect our family, children n our asset.

    TOGETHER WE MAKE TK 2 A SAFER PALACE TO LIVE.

    Home Safety Tips - Going Away During Festive Seasons


    Whenever you plan to go away during a festive season or for a vacation, here are some tips on things you could do to protect your home for your peace of mind.


    Inform your neighbours
    You may let your neighbours know how long you plan to be away, so they can keep an eye on your property. Remember to leave your contact number to neighbours in case of emergency contact.


    Activate the security alarm system
    You may leave your house keys and alarm PIN number with a relative living nearby or a neighbour, so that they could check for you in the event of triggered alarm or false alarm. It is advisable to reset your alarm system with a temporary PIN number before giving it to them.


    Interior and exterior lightings

    Install a timer which allows lighting to be switched on and off at preset times to avoid the notice of your absence by the outsiders. You may consider leaving a table lamp or some lights on during your outings.



    Keep garden tools, equipments, ladders

    Garden tools, equipments and ladders should be kept and locked up in a safe place as they could be used by a burglar to break in and gain entry to the house.



    Keep refuse bin

    Tidy away your refuse bins. Do not keep them in the refuse chamber as the garbage collector may leave them outside after collecting the garbage. Ask your neighbour to close the refuse chamber door if it is opened.



    Stop newspaper & food supply

    Cancel deliveries of milk, bread, newspapers etc. If anything continues to be delivered, ask your neighbour to collect them. Uncollected items will draw attention of the outsiders that your house is unoccupied.



    Inform the guards

    You may want to inform the guards so they can check and prevent any suspicious visitors from approaching your house.



    Pets

    Remember to make arrangements for your pet’s boarding.



    Other things before you leave your home:

    - Close and secure all windows, doors and gates

    - Remove all plugs from sockets

    - Close all water taps

    - Disconnect the hob from the gas supply or close the gas supply outlet

    - Turn down your house telephone’s ringing volume
